Practical Reiki for Pets and their People – Level One Certification

Reiki is a form of energy therapy that helps harmonize the mind, body and soul. It can be used as a treatment for relaxation, a tool for releasing negative emotions and limitations, and a way to gently promote physical healing.
Reiki is ideal for animals because it is gentle and non-invasive. It doesn’t cause stress, discomfort or pain yet yields powerful results. For healthy animals, Reiki maintains health and provides peace and contentment. Reiki for animals can treat ailments that may be currently inhibiting your pet whether you notice it or not. Animals respond faster than people and positive results are often seen in a shorter period of time.
In this workshop pet owners will learn:
- Techniques for giving pets and people Reiki, both hands-on and distance treatments.
- How to sense areas of need and direct healing energy to those areas specifically
- To bond with your pet, offering more comfort and love with Reiki
- How to strengthen your intuition through Reiki practice
- Self-healing
- How to use Reiki to heal relationships, emotions, spaces, and circumstances
Alice Langholt, Ph.D. is a Reiki Master, Teacher, and the director of the Reiki Awakening Academy School of Intuitive Development. She teaches Reiki energy healing to people who want to discover and harness their natural powers for healing themselves and also to help others heal. She also teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College.
